Effective on 1 January 2025, the rebooking fee waiver for Elite members' domestic revenue tickets will be changed as below:

        1.Elite members may enjoy a waiver of rebooking fees for domestic revenue tickets purchased through the official website, app, WeChat mini-program, booking hotline, or ticket offices of Fortune Wings Club member airlines. This applies to tickets for domestic flights operated by member airlines and code-share flights between these airlines (excluding Hong Kong Airlines) that are eligible for accumulating Status Qualifying Points (SQPs) or Status Qualifying Segments (SQSs). Rebooking requests must be made at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled departure time.

        2.Elite members will not be entitled to the rebooking fee waiver for tickets operated by Fortune Wings Club member airlines and code-share flights (excluding Hong Kong Airlines) that are eligible for accumulating SQPs or SQSs through non-designated channels.

        3.This policy will take effect on the date of the ticke issued. Tickets issued prior to this date (referring to the original ticket issuance time) shall continue to be governed by the original standard.
