Fortune Wings Club Notice on the Transition to Electronic Membership Cards for Elite Members

Dear Fortune Wings Club Elite Member，
In support of the industry's green and low-carbon development of civil aviation, starting from April 15, 2025 (inclusive), Fortune Wings Club elite members will fully transition to electronic membership cards.
Physical membership cards will no longer be issued as a standard practice. Existing physical cards will remain valid until their expiration date. Elite members can access their electronic membership cards via the Hainan Airlines APP, WeChat official account, or WeChat mini-program to enjoy the elite services.
For those requiring physical cards, Platinum and Gold members may request issuance through the Elite Member Services Hotline under the following conditions, while Silver members will no longer be eligible for physical cards.
