Announcement on Password Policy Upgrade for Fortune Wings Club Member Accounts

Dear Fortune Wings Club Members,

To ensure the continued security of your Fortune Wings Club account information and to mitigate the risk of data breaches, Fortune Wings Club will be implementing enhanced password security measures effective June 9, 2025. We strongly recommend that you update your password promptly to maintain seamless access to your Fortune Wings Club account. Specific arrangements are as follows:

I. Password Update Period

From June 9, 2025, to November 30, 2025, all registered members are required to update their passwords. Member accounts not updated within this timeframe may be subject to restricted access.

II. Password Update Methods

You can conveniently update your password through one of the following channels:

1. Visit the Fortune Wings Club official website and navigate to [My Account] - [Personal Information] - [Password Management].

2. Access the Hainan Airlines App or WeChat Mini Program and go to [My] - [Settings] - [Security Settings].

3. Contact our membership service hotline at 95339-4 for assistance.

III. New Password Requirements

The upgraded password system consists of two parts: Account Password and Redemption Password.

1. Account Password: Used for account login and mileage redemption purpose.

Requirements: 8-15 characters, including at least three of the following character types: uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, or special symbols (supported: !@#$%^&*()~_+-=[]{}|:;,<.?/>` ).

2. Redemption Password: Used for verification and service requests made through our Member Services Hotline

Requirements: 6-digit numeric combination. Simple sequences (e.g., 123456) or repetitive patterns (e.g., 000000) are prohibited.

IV. Important Notes

1.Do not share your password with any third party and avoid using the same password across multiple online platforms.

2.This password update is a mandatory security measure. Fortune Wings Club will never request your password through unsolicited communications. Please exercise caution and be vigilant against phishing scams.

3. It is recommended to change your password regularly (every 90 days).
